This section outlines Babelife's terms and conditions for gift vouchers, shipping, handling and returns policy.
Gift Vouchers
A gift voucher is the perfect present for that special person in your life. They get to decide what they want and easily pay for their purchase in the check out with their voucher id and code numbers provided on the gift voucher.
You can purchase a gift voucher for AU$50, AU$100, AU$150 and/or AU$200.
Terms and conditions
- Gift vouchers may be added to your cart and purchased like any other item.
- When redeeming a gift voucher, you need to use the WHOLE voucher amount, as vouchers can only be used once – vouchers cannot be part used.
- You can print the voucher to post it to someone, or send the voucher number by email.
- To redeem a voucher, continue to the payment page and enter Gift Voucher numbers accordingly.
- A voucher can be used as part payment of a purchase, eg if your order was $100 you could pay $50 by credit card and redeem a voucher for $50.
- A voucher cannot be redeemable for cash.
- The voucher is transferable.
If your purchase is less than the voucher amount, no cash will be redeemable.
Shipping
Within Australia
All orders within Australia are shipped via express post. Orders are generally despatched the following business day, and will typically be delivered 2-3 days from despatch. Orders over AUD$100 receive free shipping within Australia. For orders under $100 postage of AUD$7.50 will apply.
International
All international orders are sent using EMS express airmail. Delivery will take from 4-14 days depending on the country and local customs procedure (see below).
Orders over AUD$200 receive free international shipping.
For orders under AUD$200 postage of AUD$15.00 will apply.
Customs and Import Duty Information
For all countries except Australia, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Babelife does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policy, please contact your local customs office.
Typically Babelife orders should not attract any additional customs duty.
Returns
Our Quality Guarantee
Babelife stands behind the quality of the merchandise we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you have purchased, we will be happy to honour your request for an exchange or refund.
Please return the merchandise in as new condition with the Babelife swing tag intact and a copy of your invoice via insured and pre- paid mail to the address below:
